With over a decade of experience in senior housing research and analytics, Dustin brings an informed perspective shaped by years of evaluating markets, supporting strategic decision-making, and delivering actionable insights across operations, investment, and development teams. At NIC MAP, Dustin plays a key role in advancing data initiatives, particularly in areas such as transaction and ownership data, while contributing to thought leadership through research, reporting, and industry content.

Prior to joining NIC MAP, Dustin was a power user of the platform at one of the nation’s largest senior housing operators, where he led the application of NIC MAP data across a broad range of business functions. As an early adopter of Vision LTC prior to its merger with NIC MAP, Dustin developed deep familiarity with the platform’s evolution and its role in decision-making at scale. Today, he brings that experience full circle—working closely with data collection, product development, and engineering teams to ensure NIC MAP’s offerings align with real-world user needs, effectively representing the voice of the customer in how data is collected, structured, delivered, and communicated across the sector.
