Sandra Lawson, Chief Growth Officer at Asbury Communities. The NIC MAP Vision platform is something that goes back years for Asbury. We use that platform every day. It’s used across our system — it’s used by HR, it’s used by finance, it’s used to pull data for sales. Pretty much for most decisions, we start with the platform and then we go from there. The decision was made years ago, but the decision gets made over and over again. Each year you look at what resources are out there, and there’s no place else we can go to get that information. For us, there is no option. There aren’t that many things I can say that about, but truly for this platform, there’s no place we can go and get that kind of data. We have significantly reduced our consultant expenses, which is good from a money standpoint but also from a time standpoint. If we need something, previously some of the data we would use NIC MAP Vision for, we would have had to go to a consultant, pay a certain amount of money, and then get that back in maybe eight weeks. We can have that at our fingertips by the end of the day. And if we don’t know how to run the reports, our account manager will help us run the reports or run the reports for us. It’s just invaluable.
