I’m Chris Hoard, I’m President of Distinctive Living Development. I run all of our design, construction, and development of senior housing. In order to decide what pathway we’re going to go for the growth, stability, and viability of projects, it really came from understanding that NIC MAP Vision gives us the broad spectrum and also the ability to do some deep dives to really get granular and understand what directions we could go. The greatest success of our projects and the company as a whole — when we go into a new market, when we’re going into an area, the most important thing is knowing that we have a winning opportunity in front of us and being able to understand it pretty quickly, so that we don’t spend dollars of our clients and ourselves unnecessarily. There are too many opportunities out there, and being able to leverage NIC MAP Vision to understand what’s happening in these areas — not just strictly from an operating standpoint, but what kind of transactions are happening, what kind of buildings are going in, are we seeing projects fall out in an area — we’re starting to get all of that data in one place.
